New Delhi:With JK leaders invited for an all-party meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi reaching Delhi, Spokesperson of Gupkar Alliance Yusuf Tarigami said that the Centre did not do right with the people of Jammu and Kashmir but there is hope from the meeting with the PM. The 14 leaders including four ex-chief ministers of the Union Territory and the members of the Gupkar Alliance will be holding a meeting with PM Modi on Thursday.
In an exclusive interaction with ETV Bharat, senior CPM leader Yusuf Tarigami said that current leaders have no idea what the Prime Minister wants to discuss with them but it will be the Prime Minister who will be deciding that what will be the agenda of the meeting as he has called the leaders. "This will the first interaction of the leaders with PM Modi since August 5, 2019, after Centre modified Article 370 and 35A. We hope that many of our doubts would be cleared and our calls will not remain unanswered, he said.
