New Delhi: The RJD on Tuesday attacked the Centre for allegedly failing to fulfil its responsibilities and triggering crises at various fronts as the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government marked the seventh anniversary of its tenure.
Taking a jibe at the performance of the Central government in a seven-year tenure, RJD national spokesperson professor Subodh Mehta said, 'NDA-led central government is the "Government of Death" and it is responsible for the annihilation of millions of people.'
Referring to the initiatives of the government as a failure he said, "The enactment of GST laws has affected the businessmen, demonetisation has affected the housewives, the three new farm laws have affected the farmers, the sudden lockdown has troubled the migrant labourers and as the election rallies continued during the West-Bengal assembly elections, the growth rate of average daily cases of Covid-19 accelerated."
