New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has called for an awareness campaign against the corona epidemic.
Union Minister of Jal Shakti Gajendra Singh Shekhawat said that until the vaccine comes, mask and social distancing is the only way to move forward.
He appealed to all the responsible citizens to participate in the public awareness campaign launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
In his video message, Shekhawat said, "The whole world is in crisis today. Despite all efforts, the number of corona victims in India is continuously increasing. Everyone should be cautious but for the last few days, it has come to notice that there have been some laxity and lapses. As soon as the process of unlocking started, people are negligent. They go to public places, often seen moving around without masks and not following social distancing seriously.''
The Union Minister said that a comprehensive public awareness campaign under the leadership of the Prime Minister has started in the entire country. For seven consecutive days, all of us, responsible people and citizens together can avoid Corona by creating awareness and spreading the right message. Use masks, keep social distancing. Take care of your personal hygiene. Together, these preventive measures can defeat Corona.
The festive season is also coming and in such a time, negligence can prove fatal. Keeping this in mind, the campaign has been started by Prime Minister Modi, said Shekhawat.
