Fake account of Delhi's ASI Seema Dhaka surfaces on Twitter

After the Delhi Police's Head Constable Seema Dhaka was granted an out-of-turn promotion for tracing 76 missing children, a fake Twitter account impersonating her has surfaced online. Many of her photos and videos were also shared from the account.

New Delhi: A fake Twitter account impersonating Assistant Sub-Inspector Seema Dhaka has surfaced online sharing many of her photos and videos from the account.

The Delhi police said that a letter will be written to the Twitter asking to remove the account as soon as possible.

Seema is the first woman personnel of the Delhi Police who has been granted an out-of-turn promotion for tracing 76 missing children.

Seema, posted as Head Constable at northwest Delhi's Samaypur Badli Police station, was promoted to Assistant Sub-Inspector for tracing missing children under the incentive scheme.
