New Delhi: Expressing satisfaction over the decision of the Delhi University to issue digital degrees to students, Sri Aurobindo College principal has said it would help a number of students, specially those who plan to take admissions in foreign universities as they would be able to present the degree whenever and wherever it is needed.
"There are universities in the world which want you to show them the degree for admission, they don't accept provisional certificates. Digital ones would make it easier for both students and the Delhi University as it would save a lot of time," Principal Vipin Agrwal said, adding that the hard copy of the same could be printed later.
He informed that the colleges affiliated to the Delhi University have been instructed to start issuing degrees for the past three years, starting 2017.
