New Delhi:Ganesh Chaturthi is being celebrated in the nation's capital with great pomp and splendour. Ganpati Puja was also organized in the temple of Kotla Mubarakpur area, at which laddus are the main attraction, every year. This year 56,000 laddus were offered to Lord Ganesha.
The priest of the temple said that this puja is being conducted here for the last 24 years.
"Here in Kotla Mubarakpur, Ganapati is also called as the 'King of Kotla'. This temple attracts devotees not only from nearby but also from all over NCR and other states. Devotees believe that Bappa fulfils their every wish," added the priest.
