Crime branch released 3 people in connection with Seelampur violence case

New Delhi: Delhi Crime Branch on Monday released three youths in connection with Seelampur violence after the intervention of Aam Adami Party (AAP) leader Amanatullah Khan and Shoaib Iqbal.

AAP leader Amanatullah Khan, Shoaib Iqbal, councilor Wajid Khan, councilor Tahir Hussain, and others spoked to senior police officers of Dariya Ganj Crime Branch.

AAP leader took to his Twitter handle to inform about the release of three youths Adil, Faizan and Farman.

Earlier, Delhi Crime Branch detained four boys from Jaffer Abad and Seelampur in connection with the violent incidents that took place during the protest against CAA and NRC.
