Noida:Police have booked two miscreants in connection with a firing on the nephew of Dadri Municipality Chairman Geeta Pandit in Greater Noida on Sunday. However, Geeta's nephew 'Vivek' had a narrow escape in the firing. The incident was recorded in the CCTV camera installed nearby.
According to information, Vivek had a dispute with accused Prashant and his brother Nishant over money transactions. Following which, the accused had fired five rounds at Vivek.
Additional DCP Greater Noida Vishal Pandey said that there were heated arguments over phone regarding money transactions following which the incident took place.
DCP said, "there was argument over the phone regarding money transactions following which the accused came to the victim's house and beat him up and fired at him. Both the accused are brothers. The incident is a matter of the Dadri police station area. Strict action will be taken against those found guilty."
