College student held for trespassing Air Force premises in Delhi, probe on

A college student was held for trespassing into IAF premises in Delhi Cantonment. He was thoroughly interrogated by the officials and a medical examination was also conducted. Nothing suspicious was found with him.

New Delhi: A 21-year-old college student was held for allegedly trespassing into Indian Air Force premises in Delhi Cantonment, police said Friday. The man, identified as Rohit, is a native of Bihar and has been staying in the city's Bawana area with his elder brother, who is a labour, they said.

Rohit was caught by Air Force officials in the early hours of Friday. After interrogating him, the officials handed him over to the local police, police added. As per protocol, the security agencies also questioned him and nothing suspicious was found, a senior police officer said. The officer said a medical examination was conducted and Rohit was found to be under influence of drugs.

Further interrogation is underway, he said.
