Now Prashant will help Mamata decide which saree to wear: Mukul Roy

BJP leader Mukul Roy mocked Mamata's decision to appoint Prashant Kishor and said that he will help her in taking important decisions like which saree to wear.

Delhi:Mamata Banerjee has appointed Prashant Kishor, a political strategist to assist her for the 2021 Lok Sabha elections, according to the sources. BJP leader Mukul Roy mocked her decision.

In an exclusive interview with ETV Bharat, Roy said that her (Mamata Banerjee) brand name was fading in Bengal and hence she was trying to create a new brand by introducing Prashant.

"Now Prashant will take important decisions for Mamata. Which saree to wear, how to braid hair, how to wave a hand. He will teach her everything," Roy added.

While criticising Prashant, Roy said that when Prashant was with Akhilesh Yadav he destroyed Uttar Pradesh. Now he is in West Bengal, he will destroy Mamata.

There was disruption in West Bengal during Lok Sabha campaigning which led to criticism of TMC. It will be interesting to note whether this new entry of Prashant will do any good for the party.
