When this news reached the headquarters officials, orders were given to stop vaccinations. However, by then several youths over 18 years and under 45 years of age had been vaccinated.

The government has announced that vaccinations will be opened on May 1 for everyone above 18-years of age.

During the vaccination, Youth Congress leader Madhusudan Das also got vaccinated on Monday. The 27-year-old leader of the Youth Congress has also shared pictures on social media.

The team of ETV Bharat confirmed that the Primary Health Center Banki Mongra did vaccinate people over the 18-years-old. However, following the district administration's orders, the vaccination drive was stopped.
