Raipur (Chhattisgarh): In an attempt to stem the rising cases of coronavirus, total lockdown is being imposed in 16 out of 28 districts of Chhattisgarh.
Chhattisgarh is under lockdown Lockdown is already in place in 8 districts including Durg, Raipur, Rajnandgaon, Bemetra, Balod, Balodabazar, Korea and Jashpur.
Lockdown is being imposed in Dhamtari from Sunday night and in Korba from 3 pm on Monday.
Total lockdown is being imposed in 16 out of 28 districts of Chhattisgarh Surguja, Surajpur, Gariaband district will be locked from April 13. Lockdown has also been declared in Raigadh, Mahasamund, Bilaspur district from 14 April.
Lockdown is already in place in 8 districts including Durg, Raipur, Rajnandgaon, Bemetra, Balod, Balodabazar, Korea and Jashpur The total active cases in the state are 85 thousand 860. Total 4 lakh 32 thousand 776 corona positive cases have been found so far. 4777 people have died till Saturday.
