Rajesh Kushwaha, son of a farmer of Silfili village of Sarguja district in Chhattisgarh has developed his own software company and fulfilling the dreams of many job aspirants. After completing his BCA and M.sc in information technology, he set up a software development company.
First e-village in the state
After the Punsari Gram Panchayat in Gujarat, the first digital village, Silfili is the second e-village in the subcontinent to have its website. Due to the free Wifi for its people, it has become the first digital village of the country.
Many youngsters of Silfili village are also employed here. For their convenience, Rajesh has ensured computers that are installed at their homes. His employees are paid a respectable remuneration of Rs 15000 to Rs 20000 each month.
