Kabirdham: Police in Chhattisgarh have recovered a huge amount of explosives and Rs 10 lakhs from a Naxalite hideout in Bhoramdev Sanctuary in Kawardha, reports said.
Live cartridges, tiffin bombs, cookers, bomb-making materials, bags, uniforms, medicine bullets, ration and other materials were found by the police, according to reports.

Last month, two Naxalite fighters were arrested in Kawardha on the Madhya Pradesh-Chhattisgarh border. Both were found to be Covid positive and sent for treatment. A police officer in Kawardha Shalabh Kumar Sinha said Devakar, secretary of Extension Platoon 2 of Kanha-Bhoramdev Division Committee and a woman member of Laxmi Sangathan were arrested.
