Damdaha's Congress MLA Amarnath Tiwari video of extending support to lockdown is getting viral on social media. In the video, the Congress MLA hands and legs were tied with ropes and he was asking his wife to untie it. Tiwari's wife said that she will untie it only when he will help her in household chores.

Purnia: In the time of lockdown, Congress MLA Amarnath Tiwari video of extending support to it is getting viral on social media. Tiwari also urged people in another video to stay at home and support the lockdown.

The video footage showed that Congress MLA hands and legs were tied with blue rope and he was asking his wife to release him. Meanwhile, his wife said to help him in daily house chores during lockdown instead of watching videos in mobile phone.

In the video, Tiwari assured his wife that he will help her in daily household activities.

Later on, Congress MLA uploaded another video in which he explained that the video was for entertainment. He also appealed to the people to understand the situation and to support the lockdown.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced a nationwide 21-day lockdown on March 24 to stop the virus from spreading.

Several personalities have spread awareness about the novel coronavirus and lockdown through their Instagram handles.
