Muzaffarpur:A bomb kept in a bag exploded in Mushahari block of Bihar's Muzaffarpur district on Wednesday evening, leaving two children injured.
Two children injured in bomb blast According to sources, the bomb exploded when the children, who were grazing goats in Taraura Gopalpur village, lifted the unclaimed bag with a stick and tried to open it.
The injured have been identified as Muhammad Afroz and Javed, residents of district's Bhatauliya village.
The injured were rushed to Mushahari P.H.C from where they were referred to a Medical College.
News of the explosion has spread panic in the area.
DSP, Muzaffarpur East, Gaurav Pandey immediately rushed to the spot. He said that an investigation is underway.
