New Delhi: Responding to the statements given by former Chief Minister Rabri Devi, Janata Dal(United) spokesperson Ajay Alok said that RJD is making false claims to remain relevant in the current political scenario.
Earlier, Former Chief Minister of Bihar and National Vice President of Rashtriya Janata Dal, Rabri Devi had said that Nitish Kumar wanted to return to the alliance with RJD within six months of joining the NDA.
Speaking to ETV Bharat, Ajay Alok criticised the RJD and Lalu Prasad Yadav for making allegations against Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
"To be relevant in the state of Bihar and to remain in the political discourse, RJD feels the need to criticise Nitish Kumar and JD(U)," he said.
Babri Devi had alleged that Nitish sent political strategist Prashant Kishor several times to Lalu Yadav in a bid to rejoin the grand alliance.
