Ex-minister slams Pappu Yadav over ambulance issue

Former Union Minister and BJP MP from Saran, Bihar, Rajiv Pratap Rudy has clarified the ambulance service dispute and targeted Pappu Yadav, the national president of the Jan Adhikar Party.

New Delhi:Former Union Minister and BJP MP from Saran, Bihar, Rajiv Pratap Rudy has given his clarified over the ambulance issue and targeted Pappu Yadav, the national president of the Jan Adhikar Party. He said that I have been in politics for 30 years. Four times Lok Sabha and twice Rajya Sabha MP. I extend all possible help to the people of my area.

He lashed out at Pappu Yadav and said that if the criminal sits in the temple, he will not become a saint. There are 31 criminal cases against Pappu Yadav in which there are several serious cases including murder, kidnapping. The BJP leader added I am not a criminal in political life. Pappu Yadav has 31 cases registered in 70 sections. In the last 30 years, so many cases have been filed against him.

Rajiv Pratap Rudy said that it is difficult to fight a political criminal. The BJP leader further said that Pappu Yadav crossed all decency by using profanities against the Union Home Minister, Union Health Minister and Chief Minister of Bihar. Pappu Yadav also goes anywhere and start inspecting anything. Is he with the police? Who gave him such authority?

Rudy said that I am not afraid of slander but if any person talks with the facts then it is okay but no one should make a false accusation. I did not arrest Pappu Yadav. I am not big enough to get him arrested on my behest. Rudy said that Pappu Yadav had alleged that an ambulance was set up at my house.

The former Union Minister said that I have a house in Patna and I live here. This is a very old house and there is no ambulance anywhere. The ambulance stands at the modern community centre. There is no boundary wall and the land is registered in the name of the government. The former minister clarified that he is working in running the ambulance network for the last 10-years. Saran has the best ambulance network in the entire Bihar. It is completely official. I coordinate so that the service continues in a good way.

Pappu Yadav is currently in jail. He has been arrested in the 32-year-old kidnapping case. Earlier, he had alleged that general people are not getting ambulances in the Covid-19 crisis while there are ambulances kept at the Saran residence of Rajiv Pratap Rudy.
