New Delhi: The ongoing counting of the Bihar election has been showing NDA on the upper hand, the grand alliance is hopeful that the result may change during the day.
Taking to ETV Bharat, senior CPM leader and former MP Hannan Mollah said that the counting in rural areas will give the clear picture.
"Till now only 20 per cent counting of urban areas to place. We are hopeful for a change when there will be total counting of the rural vote," said Mollah.
Left parties like CPM, CPI, CPI-ML has joined hands with Congress and RJD to form a grand alliance against National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in the Bihar election.
"In many places hardly 1000 votes have made the difference, so there may be a change in trend and result," said Mollah when asked about the position of the grand alliance.
