New Delhi: Chief of LJP's Bihar unit Prince Raj Paswan has expressed reservations over Election Commission decision to hold state assembly elections in the current situation wherein coronavirus disease and flooding have made life difficult for people in Bihar.
Interacting with ETV Bharat right after emerging out of the meeting of party MPs here, the LJP state chief said: "it would not be wise to hold elections in these circumstances".
"We don't think people of Bihar should be thrown into the difficult situation," he said.
On what all was discussed in the meeting, Prince Raj Paswan said lots of issues such as if the LJP was ready for the polls, if it would be wise to go for polls in these situations and many other issues related to the state were discussed.
