Patna:Hindustani Awam Morcha (HAM) president Jitan Ram Manjhi contested in the Bihar Assembly election with the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) where a total of seven seats were given to him out of which he won in four.
Former Bihar Chief Minister Manjhi himself won elections from Imamganj seat and said, with the number of votes that the NDA has got, we are overwhelmed by the trust and love of the people in Bihar, we definitely thank the people.
He also said that a large number of women votes that their coalition got was especially because Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has continuously worked to advance women in Bihar and somewhere this time women have understood this. He also added said public has clearly rejected those who wanted to bring jungle raj in Bihar.
