ED arrests RJD MP AD Singh in fertilizer scam

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) arrested RJD MP Amarendra Dhari Singh in Delhi in connection with a fertilizer scam.

New Delhi:The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has arrested Rashtriya Janata Dal leader and Rajya Sabha MP Amarendra Dhari Singh. As per sources, AD Singh has been arrested from the Defense Colony area of Delhi in connection with a fertilizer scam.

The Central Bureau of Investigation had registered a case a few days ago in the fertilizer scam. The ED is also conducting a medical test for the arrested RJD MP.

Singh is a known name in Bihar politics. He is also close to RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav.

Singh has been associated with the business world for three decades. He is also said to back the well-known 'Super-30' institute which coaches students for IIT admissions.
