New Delhi: Slamming Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar for "ignoring people" of the state and appealing to people not to vote for JD(U), LJP chief Chirag Paswan has said even a single vote to chief minister's party could force their children to leave Bihar.
The LJP chief, addressing the party worker through video conferencing, said that he would never work under the guidance of people who tried stopping people from entering the state when workers were returning to their home because of the coronavirus-induced lockdown.
He said his party would seek votes on the basis of its vision document - 'Bihar first, Bihari first'.
"We will seek votes on the basis of our vision for Bihar and on the basis of religion, caste and creed," he said.
He also clarified his decision of leaving the NDA saying that he would never work under the guidance of people who tried stopping people from entering the state when workers were returning to their home because of the coronavirus-induced lockdown.
