Cybercriminals impersonate Bihar Police official on social media

Cybercriminals in Bihar have created a fake Facebook account in the name of ADG Security Bachhu Singh Meena and are cheating people's money using his fake account.

Patna: Cybercriminals in Bihar have created a fake Facebook account in the name of ADG Security Bachhu Singh Meena and are cheating people's money using his fake account. In this case from Patna, Bachu Singh Meena, Bihar's ADG Security, an IPS officer, is a target of cybercriminals.

As soon as ADG security Bachhu Singh Meena came to know about the fake account running in his name and the subsequent fraud, he informed the people by writing a post on Facebook. Appealing to the people, IPS officer Meena wrote that they should be alert as cybercriminals have created a fake Facebook account by putting his picture.

However, this is not the first time that cyber thugs have targeted ADG security Bachhu Singh Meena. Earlier in 2019, Bachhu Singh Meena's account was hacked by cybercriminals. IPS officer Bachhu Singh Meena has worked as ACP in many districts of Bihar. Currently, he is posted as ADG Special Security. He has been promoted to the post of IG Security just a few days ago.
