Muzaffarpur (Bihar):An FIR has been filed against Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani and BJP leader Alpesh Thakor at Kanti police station on Tuesday in the view of discrimination against workers of Bihar in Gujarat, police said.
On the basis of the complaint filed by the social worker, Tamanna Hashmi of Muzaffarpur, a year ago, Kanti SHO registered a case under 153, 295 and 504 sections of the Indian Penal Code. The Muzaffarpur court has been informed regarding this case by the police.
On 11 October 2018, Tamanna Hashmi lodged a complaint in the ACJM court of Muzaffarpur.
