'People voluntarily coming for COVID-19 test will be gifted'

East Godavari district administration announced that people who would come to make COVID-19 tests voluntarily within a week will be gifted through lucky draw

East Godavari (Andhra Pradesh):The Andhra Pradesh's East Godavari District Collector Muralidhar Reddy announced that people who will come to make their tests for the COVID-19, they will be gifted by the district administration.

In an announcement, Collector, Reddy said that people who would come to make COVID-19 tests voluntarily within a week, among them, five members will be selected and gifts will be presented through lucky draw.

"People who got positive in the tests, their names will be kept confidential. If there is a chance to treat in-home quarantine, it will be treated home town itself. People who have a cold, cough, and fever symptoms will be tested at their home town itself," Reddy said.

Reportedly, all those people who had been working in the red zones in the East Godavari district had tested and the reports were confirmed as negative.
