Pesaravai village former sarpanch Nageshwara Reddy (54), co-operative society former president Vaddu Pratap Reddy (52) were knocked by a car first before they were attacked in Pesaravai village, reports said.

Kurnool (Andhra Pradesh):Two leaders of the TDP were killed on Thursday in Kurnool district in Andhra Pradesh, reports said.

Pesaravai village former sarpanch Nageshwara Reddy (54), co-operative society former president Vaddu Pratap Reddy (52) were knocked by a car first before they were attacked in Pesaravai village, reports said.

Police from Gadivemula village rushed to the scene. A sub-inspector of police said they are yet to find about the attack and how the leaders died. Three others - Vaddu Venkateshwar Reddy, Vaddu Subbareddy and Venkateshwara Reddy, who were seriously injured in the attack were rushed to Nandyala Government Hospital, reports said. Three attackers are said to have fled the scene, according to reports.
