Sofia (Bulgaria): Indian boxer Mohammed Hussamuddin (57kg) finished with a silver medal haul at the Strandja Memorial Boxing Tournament after losing in the final here on Saturday.
The Commonwealth Games bronze medal winner, who qualified for the final thanks to a walkover, lost to Italy's Francesco Maietta in the summit clash.
In the semi-final, Hussamuddin went past Ukraine's Mykola Butsenko without having to step inside the ring as his opponent conceded the bout because of a hand injury. Hussamuddin had won a silver medal in the 2017 edition of the event.
