Chennai: Harbhajan Singh has been in superb form in Indian Premier League (IPL) 2019. Out of three matches, he demonstrated two Man-of-the-Match winning performances. Now, the 38-year-old believes he still possesses the ability to be part of Team India all over again.

Harbhajan last played for India way back in 2016 against UAE.
"If I get a chance, I would love to play for India again. I work on my game, I do the training that is required and the performances in this IPL are a result of that," Harbhajan said.
He doesn't have any realistic chance to feature in the Indian squad for the 2019 World Cup, but the 2020 WT20 could be logical bid for him, given his recent form in the shortest format of the game. "Experience is important in cricket, and I do the right kind of training and keep working on my game," Harbhajan said.
The turbanator rolled back the years of his heydays when he picked up wickets of Virat Kohli, AB de Villiers and Moeen Ali in the tournament opener of IPL 2019. He finished the match with three wickets for 20 runs in four overs at RCB at Chepauk.
Later, he bamboozled Chris Gayle of Kings XI Punjab. So far, the off spinner took five wickets in three matches at a phenomenal bowling average of 13.40, which is way better than his career bowling average of 25.32 in T20I cricket.

On his newly found form, Harbhajan said he is "in the team to take these wickets".
"Yes, I way I got Chris Gayle out, it gave me a lot of satisfaction, but getting a particular player out doesn't make things extra special for me anymore. I am supposed to take wickets and that's what I am trying to do," Harbhajan said.
