Hyderabad: Delhi Capitals grabbed the no. 1 spot of IPL 2019 points table as they toppled Chennai Super Kings with a six-wicket win over Rajasthan Royals on Tuesday. Both Delhi and Chennai now have 14 points each. However, Delhi managed to push them at second place with a better net-run-rate (NNR).

The third and fourth position are held by Mumbai Indians and Sunrisers Hyderabad respectively.
Delhi's win meant Ajinkya Rahane's second IPL ton after seven years went in vain. Rahane hit 11 boundaries and 3 sixes during his 105 off 63 runs innings. Riding on Rahane's hundred and Steve Smith's fifty Rajasthan Royals posted 191 for 6 in 20 overs.

Later, Rishabh Pant played 36-ball 78 runs knock to help DC win the match with four balls to spare. Pant smashed four sixes and six boundaries during his innings.
Meanwhile, David Warner holds the Orange Cap while Kagiso Rabada to DC is still at top of the Purple Cap table with 23 wickets.
