India crush Australia by five wickets as Rahul finishes off with a six

Team India will face Australia for the three-match ODI series ahead of the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup 2023 which is hosted by India. Both teams will be looking to solve all the questions in front of them before going into the mega tournament.

Mohali: India were off to a wining start after they defeated Australia by five wickets in the first ODI of the three-match series, which was played at the Punjab Cricket Association (PCA) stadium here on Friday.

India stand in skipper KL Rahul finished off with a maximum over the bowler's head as the Men in Blue trounced Australia by five wickets. Rahul remained unbeaten on 58 off 63 balls.
