New Delhi: Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has been reportedly ruled out of ongoing four-match Test series vs England.
Jadeja had dislocated his thumb during the third Test match of four-match series against Australia Down Under, which India won 2-1. Following his injury, Jadeja underwent surgery in Australia and missed the Brisbane Test.
Jadeja was later sent to the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru for rehabilitation. And when the Indian squad for the first two Tests against England was announced, some reports suggested Jadeja will be part of the last two Tests. However, now a leading Indian sports outlet is claiming that "Jadeja's recovery is taking more time than expected and there's 'no chance' he will be fit for the Tests."
