Ahmedabad: After India levelled the four-Test series 1-1 in Chennai handing England a massive 317-run defeat in the second Test, captain Virat Kohli equalled former India skipper MS Dhoni's record of most Test wins (21 matches) at home. India lost the first Test in Chennai by 227 runs.
In the second Test, while chasing a 420-run target, England's second innings got wrapped up for mere 164 runs that saw Kohli winning the 21st Test match of his captaincy tenure. It is the most for an India skipper at home.

Now, if the Indian team beat England in the third Pink-Ball Test starting on February 22 at the refurbished Motera Stadium in Ahmedabad, Kohli will become India's most successful Test skipper at home with 22 wins. And he would eventually break Dhoni's tally of 21 wins.
