Dubai: Shreyas Iyer-led Delhi Captials won the toss and opted to bowl against Mumbai Indians in Qualifier 1 of Indian Premier League (IPL) at Dubai International stadium here.

The team that loses the match will get a lifeline, and both sides will be looking to avoid playing the extra match.

While MI will draw confidence from the fact that they have beaten DC in both games this season, DC would try to leave no stone unturned in their bid for a maiden title.

The pitch has a little grass on it which should aid fast bowlers. However, later on in the match, it will be good to bat when the dew starts to form. Anything above 160 should be a competitive score.

While Delhi Capitals have gone with the same team, Mumbai made three changes with Jaspreet Bumrah, Trent Boult and Hardik Pandya coming back to the side.

"Looks like a good pitch. We know we are going to bat first now, so just post a good total. We know we have a good bowling line-up to defend any total. Just got to start well and then take it from there. Three changes,Bumrah, Boult and Hardik are back for Pattinson, Dhawal and Tiwary," Rohit said.

"We are going to bowl first. The wicket is dry and with a bit of dew, the wicket should be better to bat. Same team for us," Shreyas said.

Mumbai Indians (Playing XI): Rohit Sharma(c), Quinton de Kock(w), Suryakumar Yadav, Ishan Kishan, Hardik Pandya, Kieron Pollard, Krunal Pandya, Nathan Coulter-Nile, Rahul Chahar, Trent Boult, Jasprit Bumrah

Delhi Capitals (Playing XI): Prithvi Shaw, Shikhar Dhawan, Ajinkya Rahane, Shreyas Iyer(c), Rishabh Pant(w), Marcus Stoinis, Daniel Sams, Axar Patel, Ravichandran Ashwin, Kagiso Rabada, Anrich Nortje
