Hyderabad: Two times IPL Champions Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) have snapped up Pat Cummins for a whopping price of INR 15.5 crore. In the process, Cummins has become the costliest bowler in the history of the Indian Premier League.

After being sold to KKR for a massive price of INR 15.5 crore, Cummins has now become the costliest overseas player in the history of IPL. Earlier, Ben Stokes was the most expensive foreigner after he was snapped by Rising Pune Supergiants for a whopping 14.5 crores.

Cummins who has previously played for the KKR has also appeared for Delhi Capitals and Mumbai Indians. Pat has so far appeared in 16 matches bagging 17 wickets in the process. With an average of 29.35 and an economy rate of 8.29, Cummins would try to help KKR win their third IPL trophy in the upcoming edition.
