India, West Indies players reach Chennai for first ODI at Chepauk Stadium

The other two ODIs will be played in Visakhapatnam (December 18) and Cuttack (December 22).

Chennai: India cricket team and Windies cricket team players arrived in Chennai on Thursday for the first one-day international (ODI) to be played at the M A Chidambaram stadium on Sunday.

Team India captain Virat Kohli posted a picture of himself with Kuldeep Yadav and Ravindra Jadeja on Twitter captioned: "Touchdown Chennai @imkuldeep18 @imjadeja"

The other two ODIs will be played in Visakhapatnam (December 18) and Cuttack (December 22).India thrashed World Champion West Indies in the T20I series 2-1. India won the first match of the series at Hyderabad chasing 200 plus target with the help of Virat's all-time highest scorer in T20I. In Thiruvananthapuram T20I the visitors bounced back and defeated host by 8 Wickets.

India clinched the series decider by beating West Indies by 67 runs in the third and final T2OI of the series.Men in Blue who are ranked second in the ICC ODI ranking will take on West Indies who are ranked eighth in three-match ODI series.
