Hamilton: As New Zealand chased down a mammoth 348 runs target to beat India at Seddon Park in the opening One Day International match of three-match ODI series many records were shattered.
Ross Taylor and Tom Latham played knocks of 109 and 69, respectively, as New Zealand defeated India by four wickets. With this win, New Zealand have taken a lead of 1-0 in the ongoing limited series.
It must be noted that New Zealand were blanked 0-5 in the recently concluded five-match T20Is series against India.
