Talking about India's defeat in the final, Tilak said, "The team was disappointed with the result. And they were feeling it in their bones," before adding that the losing is part of the game.
When asked about the final match, Tilak said, "In the morning when the Indian team walked to bat in the first innings the wicket was a bit seaming. And it has rained a lot before the match. That's why the Indian opener took a bit of time in settling."
