Hyderabad: Experienced Indian pacer Shanthakumaran Nair Sreesanth on Saturday in an exclusive interview with ETV Bharat said that ace English all-rounder Ben Stokes should apologises to former Indian skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni for the remark he made against the Chennai Super Kings player in his book.
Earlier, Stokes in his book titled 'On Fire' had questioned Dhoni's intent during India's 31-run defeat at the hands of England in the premier tournament last year.
Talking about the controversy, Sreesanth openly challenged the English all-rounder to face him on the field. The Indian cricketer even went on to say that Stokes should apologies to MS Dhoni for his statement.
On Stokes' statement, Sreesanth said, "How can Stokes talk about such great cricketer like that? I am really angry with him for his statement on Dhoni. How can Stokes claim that Dhoni was not up to the mark?"
