Keyboard warriors are also wondering how show's director Ken Ghosh, who is a Bengali committed a terrible mistake of misusing Bose's image while he is considered to be the first fighter to sacrifice his life in the Indian freedom struggle.
On facing rage on social networking sites, the makers have now blurred Bose's image and furnished an apology on Twitter saying they have "no intent whatsoever to offend any community or hurt anybody’s sentiments."
The eight-episode series marks the return of Kunal Kemmu as an investigative officer, who has a knack for solving crimes with the mind of an offender. Abhay 2 also marks the digital debut of Chunky Panday and also features TV star Ram Kapoor in an extremely mysterious psycho killer role.
