Mumbai: Devgn family are going through tough times. Two days after the death of veteran action director Veeru Devgn; Tanuja has undergone surgery after being diagnosed with Diverticulitis.
The actor was admitted in Lilavati hospital after she faced an abdominal pain.
Diverticulitis is infection or inflammation of small pouches called diverticula that develop along the walls of the intestine.
According to IANS, the veteran actor had earlier undergone a surgery and was expected to be in the hospital for a week.
Kajol was spotted visiting her mother which went viral on different social media platforms.
The 75-year-old actor is famous for films like 'Do Chor', 'Jewel Thief', 'Nai Roshni', 'Chand aur Suraj' and many more.
Tanuja was born in 1943 and is the daughter of filmmaker Kumarsen Samarth and Sobhna Samarth. Tanuja was married to filmmaker Shomu Mukherjee and had two daughters Tanishaa and Kajol Mukherjee.
