WATCH: Daughter Samaira's b'day brings Vaibha Rekhi, his ex-wife and Dia Mirza together

Dia Mirza attended the birthday celebration of her stepdaughter Samaira Rekhi. The birthday party apparently brought Dia, her husband Vaibhav Rekhi and his former wife Sunaina Rekhi under one roof for the first time.

Hyderabad:Bollywood star Dia Mirza recently surprised netizens by posing alongside her stepdaughter Samaira Rekhi on Maldives beach. The former beauty queen has now joined hubby Vaibhav Rekhi and his ex-wife Sunaina Rekhi for their daughter Samaira's birthday bash in Mumbai.

On Monday, Sunaina took to Instagram to share a video in which she can be seen standing alongside her daughter while Vaibhav briefly appears in the video as he feeds cake to the birthday girl. Dia is heard singing the birthday song for Samaira and asking her to make a wish.

Going by the video, there is no animosity between the two ladies. While posting the video on Instagram, Sunaina captioned it with "Family ❤️❤️❤️." She also tagged Vaibhav and Dia on the post. Reacting to Sunaina's post, Dia too left a heart emoji on her comment section.

This is not the first time Sunaina has made a kind gesture towards Dia. Earlier, reacting to Dia and Vaibhav's marriage, Sunaina has said that she is happy for her daughter who will now witness love in the family. She had also wished well for Dia and Vaibhav.

On April 1, Dia announced her pregnancy by sharing a photo on her official Instagram profile. Mirza married Mumbai-based businessman Vaibhav in February 2021. She had recently gone on a holiday with her husband and stepdaughter to Maldives. This is Dia's second marriage. She was earlier married to Sahil Sangha, who was also her business partner.
