Mumbai: Telugu actor Vijay Deverakonda is all set to entertain the pan-India audience with his upcoming film presented by Karan Johar. The Arjun Reddy fame actor said he feels responsible to deliver a "massively memorable film" to KJo.
Vijay's words of promise came in response to Karan's warm birthday wishes for him.
The 31-year-old actor celebrated his birthday on May 9. On his special day, fans and friends from the film industry extended warm wishes and Kjo too took to social media to send best wishes to the leading man of his upcoming venture.
KJo shared a picture of himself with Vijay and captioned it with, "Happy birthday Vijay! We will celebrate soon! And can’t wait for everyone to see you explode on screen with @purijagan !!! Watch this space for more!! @Charmmeofficial @ananyapandayy."
Vijay was quick enough to respond to Karan's kind words and reply to him with an equally warm tweet.

"Karannn :) I can't wait for India to see what we are making and to celebrate it. And thank you for being you - warm, funny and whole heartedly supportive 🤗 I feel a responsibility to give you a massively memorable film. And I will 😊🤘🏼," reads Vijay's tweet.
Going by Vijay and KJo's social media exchanges, Puri's next is going to a very important film in the career of the actor.
As reported earlier, the film will feature Vijay, for the first time in his career, in an out-and-out action-packed character. The film will be high on action, sources have revealed.
Deverakonda will play a character with stutter. Over the last few weeks, he underwent training in mixed martial arts in Thailand for this project. He's expected to sport six-pack abs for this project, which also stars Ananya Panday in lead role.
The film, which will be presented by Karan and Apoorva Mehta in Hindi, also co-stars Ronit Roy and Ramya Krishnan. Plans are underway to release the film in all southern languages as well.
Vijay was last seen in Telugu film World Famous Lover.
