Amritsar: Vicky Kausel visited Golden Temple before commencing the next shooting schedule of Sardar Udham Singh in Amritsar.
Taking to his Instagram on Friday, Vicky shared a picture of himself praying at the river-side of the famous Golden Temple.
"Babaji, mehr bakshyo. 🙏 #SardarUdhamSingh here we go!," read the caption.
Donning a white kurta, Vicky reflects grace and simplicity at its best. The actor religiously prays with his head held low and hands joined together in respect.
Vicky is set to bring alive the story of Udham Singh, who assassinated Michael O' Dwyer, the former lieutenant governor of Punjab in pre-Independent India, in revenge for the Jallianwala Bagh massacre in Amritsar in 1919. Singh was subsequently tried and convicted of murder and hanged on July 1940.
