Mumbai: Bollywood celebrities like Salman Khan, Deepika Padukone, Akshay Kumar, Hrithik Roshan and Karan Johar took to their Twitter handles to pass on their messages to fans.
Teasing fans with the awaiting Good Newwz surprises, actor Akshay Kumar wrote on Twitter: "Coming with a surprise you didn’t know you needed! Stay tuned! #GoodNewwz in cinemas 27th December."
Announcing the much-anticipated collaboration with the American pops singer Lauv, filmmaker Karan Johar tweeted: "It’s a great song! Can’t wait for everyone to hear it."
Deeply saddened by the current situation in the country, actor Hrithik Roshan wrote: "As a parent and a citizen of India, I am deeply saddened by the unrest across various educational institutions of our country. I hope and pray for peace to return as soon as possible. Great teachers learn from their students. I salute the worlds youngest democracy."
Unveiling the first song from her upcoming film Chhapaak, actor Deepika Padukone tweeted: "Bigdi hui baat ko banata hai,aur ruthe hue ko manata hai pyaar... Here’s Malti & Amol’s #NokJhok Song out now!"
Bollywood's Bhaijaan Salman Khan, who is awaiting the release of the third instalment of the Dabangg franchise, wrote on Twitter: "Humaari is bade se dil ka bada sa hissa, humaari super sexy habibi Rajjo. Milte hain 20 December ko apke nazdeekhi cinema mein. #2DaysToDabangg3."
