Tripti Dimri in Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal?

Days after T-Series officially announced the title and cast of Sandeep Vanga Reddy's upcoming film Animal, reports of Tripti Dimri joining Ranbir Kapoor and Pariniti Chopra starrer are doing rounds of the webloids.

Hyderabad:Ranbir Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra will be seen headlining Kabir Singh helmer Sandeep Vanga REddy's upcoming film Animal is known. According to the latest buzz, Bulbbul fame Tripti Dimri has been roped in to play a pivotal role in the film.

Tripti, who marked her debut in Hindi films with the 2017 release Poster Boys, had made everyone took notice of her talent by playing the titular role in 2020 released supernatural thriller Bulbbul. The actor has now bagged a meaty role in Ranbir starrer and according to a leading webloid report, Tripti will be paired opposite RK as the film has a two-heroine track.

According to reports, the makers selected Tripti over many big names who were auditioned for the part. But after watching Tripti's audition tape the makers were quite impressed and decided to have her on board. Reports also suggest that Sara Ali Khan had also auditioned for the same role which has been now offered to Tripti.

The title of the film was announced with a glimpse of background music by Harshavardhan Rameshwar, while Ranbir's voiceover gives a glimpse of what to expect from the film. The crime drama also stars Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol in lead roles.

The dialogues of Animal are being penned by writers Siddharth-Garima, who were also part of Vanga's Kabir Singh team.
