Hyderabad:Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan will be the latest entrant in the list of silver screen stars who have turned to the digital platform following the huge adoption of OTT services across the world. Hrithik will reportedly mark his digital debut with the Hindi remake of The Night Manager and buzz around the project suggest that the actor is all set to kickstart shoot in the first quarter of this year.

Reports of Hrithik signing The Night Manager Hindi adaption for Disney+Hotstar made headlines in August last year. Hrithik will be reprising Tom Hiddleston’s role from the original and according to the latest reports the team is aiming to take the spy drama on floors in April this year. The team will commence shooting with a two-month-long Mumbai schedule while the international schedule will be planed according to the COVID-19 travel guidelines.
Meanwhile, Hrithik announced his new film Fighter on his 47th birthday on social media. The action-adventure film also starring Deepika Padukone, will be helmed by Siddharth Anand. Hrithik will also feature in the Hindi remake of the 2017 Tamil superhit film Vikram Vedha. In the Hindi remake, Hrithik will play the gangster while Saif Ali Khan essays the cop. The Bollywood remake will be directed by Pushkar-Gayathri, who also helmed the Tamil original. The film, backed by Neeraj Panday, is expected to go on floors soon.
