Tabu to reprise Vidya's Ami Je Tomar for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2

Tabu will perform a sequence similar to Vidya Balan’s enthralling performance in Bhool Bhulaiyaa, Ami Je Tomar.

Mumbai: Actor Tabu will be reprising the iconic Ami Je Tomar from 2007 film Bhool Bhulaiyaa in Kartik Aaryan starrer Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2.

According to sources, "In the recreated version (of Mere Dholna), we will see Tabu performing on the same number. She’s really excited and looking forward to it. Like the original, the music of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 too will be a chartbuster."

The team is expected to wrap up the second schedule is expected to wrap up by mid-April, with a small portion scheduled to be shot in Mumbai at a later date.

In August last year, Kartik Aaryan took to his Instagram account to announce that he’d be starring in the sequel of the 2007 hit film, Bhool Bhulaiyaa.

Kartik and Tabu will begin shooting for the film on Friday, in Jaipur. They will be joined by Kiara Advani the following week.

Talking about the locations, a source told Mumbai Mirror, "Anees (director Anees Bazmee) and his team checked out a lot of havelis before zeroing in on this one. The second schedule is expected to wrap up by mid-April. A small portion will be shot in Mumbai at a later date."

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 is scheduled to release on July 31.
