Mumbai: Taapsee Pannu who had reacted to the news of a Nagpur man smashing his 19-year-old girlfriend's head on her Twitter handle, started getting trolled for her comment.
In her twitter handle Taapsee wrote, "Or maybe let’s just say they were madly in love with each other n this act was to validate his TRUE love for her."
The comment was a dig at the statement passed by the director of 'Kabir Singh' Sandeep Reddy Vanga which mentioned, "If a man cannot slap or kiss a woman whenever he likes, there's no love and passion.”
Netizens flooded the social site attacking Taapsee for her comment. They pointed her comment to be a brutal one and claimed the actor to be heartless.
