Mumbai: Actor Taapsee Pannu who is known for having a jovial relationship with the media has urged them to wish that the biopic on the life of Indian women's cricket team skipper Mithali Raj falls in her lap.
Taapsee Pannu was interacting with the media as she flagged off a walkathon at Inorbit Mall in Malad.
Taapsee, who had four releases this year, Badla, Game Over, Mission Mangal and Saang Ki Aankh, is rumoured to headline sports drama based on Indian women's cricket team skipper Mithali Raj.
When asked about the development, Taapsee quipped, "I hope I do that film. If you guys (mediapersons) want it to happen say it aloud so that universe has to make it happen."
Taapsee also spoke about importance of walking and fitness and squeeze out time for physical activities from tight schedules .“I love walking and exercising as my profession demands me to be fit and healthy all the time,” said the actor who loves playing squash than spending hours in gym.

Past few months were of mixed emotions for the actor who received both, applause and flack, for playing octogenarian shooter Prakashi Tomar in her latest release Saand Ki Aankh.
For Taapsee, more than any award the words of appreciation from elderly women who saw the film means the most as she can never forget the affectionate messages she received for the film which was about the triumph of human spirit and faith.
Up next for Taapsee is Anubhav Sinha's Thappad. The women-oriented film is mainly shot in Uttar Pradesh and Delhi. It will release on March 6, 2020.
